All purchases are covered by the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 which guarantees that any goods purchased for personal use may be returned to us if they are considered faulty, for repair, replacement or refund of the purchase price, within a reasonable period of time after receipt, as defined by the Act.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with the contents of your PartyBox please contact us at [email protected] , we will provide you with an address to send the product back to.
If the product is in its original state and has not been used, PartyBox2u will refund the full amount for the Party Box.
– Party Box missing products or add-ons
– Party Box contains incorrect item, keeping in mind that every Party Box is hand made and some of the products are seasonal, limited edition, or limited in supply, so there may be slight variation from time to time regarding shape, size or colour of certain products.
– Party Box damaged during transit by delivery company
– Party Box not received due to error on our end
– Wrong Party Box received
PartyBox2u may refund your Party Box also if the product does not meet your expectations within reason including communication within 5 working days and excluding a change of mind especially where there are perishable items included in your Party Box and said box has been delivered.
All refunds will be paid either to the clients credit card used to purchase the item or in to a nominated bank account.
